By participating in the Promotion, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 

1. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants completely release Facebook or Instagram from any and all liability relating to the Promotion. 
2. The Promoter is in no way liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply of goods by any person to the prize winner. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or entries not received by the Promoter. 
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
4. Promotional Period: The Promotion starts at 12:00pm October 14th 2024 and closes at 11:59pm November 22nd 2024 AEST.
5. Entry is open to current residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and over at the time the Promotion starts.
6. Entry is not valid on wholesale orders.
7. To enter, entrants must during the Promotional Period, build your cart up, proceed to checkout, add their email, and tick the checkbox "Email me with news and offers" then close your browser to be in the draw. Multiple entries are permitted.
8. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.
9. There will be three (3) winners in total, selected at random by the Promoter with three (3) prizes available.
10. The prize is $150 in store credit to be used at annabeltrends.com
11. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be converted to cash. If there are any taxes in respect of the prize, then they will be included as part of the prize.
12. If a prize is unclaimed, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid, and the Promoter reserves the right to award the relevant prize to another randomly selected winner.
13. Prize winners will be notified via email or messaged on Instagram.
14. The Prize will be delivered via email. Allow 14 days from prize winner determination for delivery of their prize.
15. All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
